That Monday we relaxed @ home, after I had worked at weekend. This was them getting rewarded with a Curious George episode after picking up all their toys
We went shopping with Mom & Shannon in Concord on Tuesday (yes, we have matching strollers that we both got on Craigslist)

Friday night we tried to make a Spiderman pinata, but it didn't dry in time...we should have made it earlier but I had worked on Thursday night

After church, Dad got started on Tyson's birthday cake and the boys patiently watched him

Tyson wanted a Spiderman theme birthday party...don't know why. The only thing that I can think of is that Spiderman is blue & red...his favorite colors. I realized that when "hosting" these birthday parties I don't take enough pictures because I am busy doing other things!!! )=

Ty picked out the cakes he wanted - 1/2 red velvet and 1/2 birthday party sprinkle! It was sweet!
We got Ty & Wes for both of their birthdays...a dune racer (aka power wheel). Tyson always climbs all over them whenever we go to Walmart or Toys R Us, but his reaction was really funny. I don't think he actually expected to get one but he said, "I was looking for that!" The video is a little long because Heath had set up a scavenger hunt for Ty to find the dune racer, outside in the dark. He had to follow this string all the way there - Finley Mae is very funny on the beginning of the video encouraging us to keep going, despite it starting to rain!
Westin was scared of it in the dark but warmed up to it the next day. They were so cute with it! Ty was back to his giggling ways!
