Christmas Card 2014
Wes: 1 Year, 10 Months & 3 Weeks Old
Ty: 3 Years, 11 Months & 3 Weeks Old
Oct 6 - 12
One of my best friends of all time, Shannon Nelson, came to visit us for 5 days! Yea! We had a blast - we started off after picking her up at the airport and going straight to Friendly's!
Some little boys were happy about this!
Girl night out on Tuesday night to a Japanese restaurant
I am in love with the hibachi
The veggie sushi was another story - I liked some of it, but didn't like others. My mom wouldn't even try it!!!!
The next day we drove up the Kanc, looked at the scenery and went to my parent's house for lunch & met Jay & Amelda there
Then mom, Shannon & Ty hiked Foss Mountain while Westy & I stayed at my parent's while Westy napped
Love this picture!
Then Devin & Leigh & clan came for supper to see Shannon. Bode & Wes jammed on the piano. Heath was traveling to PA for a couple of nights, so we stayed the night in Conway
The next day we drove over to Maine and first went to a cemetery in Brunswick and found Shannon's grandparent's graves
Then Mom & I brought the boys to McDonald's while Shannon met up with friends at Amato's
Mom won't appreciate the angle of this picture - but I think it is sweet of both the boys holding her hands. They love their Noni!
Then we went to LL Beans
They will NEVER look at the camera!
Writing on a wall at Beans
Westin talking to a deer & the deer looks like he is "staring" right at Wes!
Then we went to the Northface - Tyson always does this! He loves to hold the mannequin's hands!
Then we went to Portland Headlight, then to the OG and ate while Shannon had a dinner "date" with another friend. Then headed home-home!
Friday we laid low in the AM, and then went to the Fairway and met Shannon & her clan there. We went swimming & had supper that night there with Heath & Sean too.
Sabbath we hiked up Mt. Major with the Frosts & Shannon - the hike was strenuous enough for me - but not that bad! The boys did remarkably well! Westin climbed a lot of it out of the backpack! The view is spectacular up top
Westin looks like a determined mountain man!
Taking a break on the way up
Love this picture
Rock climbing!
Real rock climbing! It is rocky up top!
We made it to the top - amazing view!
A different angle
The reward - our lunch on top!
Shannon's favorite drink - Moxie! I don't know how she stomachs the stuff!
Taking a rest @ the top
We took our family picture (1st picture on the blog) and then tried to do a couple's pic too!
He was very attached to this walking stick on the way down!
Then he wanted a break and Daddy carried both the boys!
The problem with that was that Westy kept pulling Ty's pants and underwear down!
Can you imagine this angelic little face doing anything so mischievous?
Sunday AM early, I brought Shannon to the airport and then we booked it to Storyland for the day! All of the Copsey family went and Sonia met us there too! We had a blast and we determined to get season passes next year! I love Heath's face in this shot!
Then there's the joy on Ty's face too!
Standing in line for the Pirate's boat
On the carousel
Mia taking a break
Ty is dejected that he can't touch the glass slipper & Westin is slapping hi-five with a stranger outside the window!
Our longest line all day was to see Cinderella in her castle
These next few pictures with Cinderella are so funny - Westy looks so in awe of her!
So much so that he fell over! Look at the other 3 kids faces! Priceless...
My boys are totally thinking "she is so pretty!"
Pure adoration
Ty & Daddy riding the Polar coaster
After having something to eat - Ty was studying the map of where we were going next! He was so serious too!
The boys loved these (the big boys & the little boys)
Having a blast in jail
Yup, this is what I expect when I try to take a picture
Tyson the Sea Explorer
Taking one last ride as we were leaving
The party continued @ Devin & Leigh's for Bode & Mia's b-day party. These are the cousins on their trampoline. They had fun until they started hitting heads
Westin walking around with a pumpkin bowl on his head
Singing to the birthday boy & girl!

I MADE THE BLOG!! I am so honored and excited :) Makes me want to come back...wait, you need to come here now! Oh, not the spinning tea cups at Story Land! Say it ain't so. I would just vomit right there. Still remember being sick after those when I was maybe 11 or 12! Oh, and the Polar Coaster...that is my fav. AND Cinderella! Wish Lauren could have been there. So much fun.
