4 Year Stats, Hibachi Fun, Halloween Fire Truck, Cider & Donuts Party

 Wes:  1 Year, 11 Months & 1 Week Old
Ty:  4 Years & 1 Week Old

Oct 27 - Nov 2

The waiting room at Tyson's 4 year appointment - I can't find my paper with his exact measurements, but he has been the same every time!  He went up to 50th percentile for height and 20th percentile for weight!  The highest he has ever been!

Wes grew tired of waiting

Heath was sleeping on the floor (with a balloon for a pillow) and Tyson started messing around with him

Ty put a dog leash on Heath's wrist & attached it to our lamp...any sudden movements and the lamp would come right down!!!!

Westin giving Ty's baby a piggy-back ride (upside down) up the stairs

This is what my boys do when I think they are playing neatly with the "no mess" sand in their sandbox.  Whoever coined the "no mess" sand have never met my two boys!!!!

Wish this picture actually came out - but it is so cute with his blue doctor glasses on!

Thursday night we went to the Japanese restaurant in Concord & had hibachi - they boys loved it!  All of them!

Heath & Adam's expressions are the best!  Ty looks a little scared!

I was so ticked about this.  I went to our usual storytime on Friday, which was also Halloween.  I didn't even think about dressing the kids up and we had missed the last couple of storytimes, so we hadn't gotten the "memo."  Of course a thousand kids show up that never come to storytime, just because it was Halloween.  I felt like such a unprepared mother.  But we weren't planning on going trick or treating this year because Halloween fell on a Friday night and Heath couldn't get home before sundown...so I didn't even remember that it was Halloween (and I had worked the night before).  My poor kids stuck out like sore thumbs!

The reason why we had just taken a picture outside was because someone burned popcorn in the library's kitchen & set off the fire alarm!  We had to evacuate!  But it was awesome that the fire engine & firemen had to respond!
We got to go inside the fire engine - doesn't Ty look psyched?

What about here?  Pure joy!

The closest I can get to them looking at the camera at the same time!

Friday afternoon rock concert

Saturday night annual cider & donuts party at the Conrads

Ty literally parked himself right with the ladies making donuts so he could keep grabbing them when they were done!

He did take a break to play the piano with Caleb though!

A cute little family....wait, that's not exactly right!! (=

Westy has always loved Kelly

But then he got obsessed with this total stranger at the party and literally hung on her all night - giving her hugs...she could barely take care of her own son because Westin wouldn't leave her alone!

Caleb is so cute!

The next morning, the boys were playing in the giant power wheels box...they played with this thing for a couple of weeks.  They would roll around in it - flipping it over and over!  So funny!

We had an unusually cold day on that Sunday and the boys were in full winter gear to go outside with Daddy

Sunset that night
